Community colleges are located wherever you are, whether that’s Buffalo, the Hudson Valley, Long Island or any other points in between. And with degrees ranging from communication arts to accounting, to education, to criminology and nursing, New York state community colleges can help you achieve your goal ─ no matter where your interests lie.

Best of all, New York state students who earn an associate’s in arts or an associate’s in science degree from a SUNY community college are guaranteed admission to a SUNY four-year campus. And since many SUNY community colleges offer program-to-program transfer agreements, community college graduates can seamlessly transfer with junior-year status.
